Sherborne Girls is delighted to announce an outstanding set of GCSE and I/GCSE results; the culmination of a very successful year for the school in which it also celebrated being named ‘Best Public School of the Year’ in the Tatler Schools Awards.
This year 43% of grades were awarded the top mark of A* (8/9) with 99% of grades at C (4) or higher – the best results for five years. An impressive 25% of all reformed subjects were graded the highest mark of 9, compared with the national figure of 4.3%.
