We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational Housemistress/master (HM) to join Sherborne Girls from August 2025 for our Year 13 boarding house, Mulliner.
If you are someone who thrives on creating nurturing, positive and caring boarding environments where every pupil feels happy, safe and welcome, then this could be the role for you.
The key role of the HM is to ensure the academic and pastoral progress of pupils in their care. This is a hugely rewarding job with considerable responsibility, offering much scope for individual initiative within a strong, supportive and dynamic House team.
The HM is a middle management position within a School where 90% of the girls are full boarders and would suit those aspiring to Senior Leadership positions in the future.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Head of Mathematics to join Sherborne Girls from September 2025.
The Mathematics department at Sherborne Girls has a strong focus on the future of Mathematics in the School and is keen to maintain the extremely high level of results both at IGCSE and A Level. Mathematics is one of the most popular subjects with pupils choosing to study the subject at A Level, including an option to study Further Maths.
The successful candidate will have strong management skills, a flexible and imaginative approach and be responsible for the strategic development of the faculty.
