The collaborative Arts project with students from Horsington Church School and M5 students took place last week when the Horsington students spent a morning in the Art department working together with the M5 Art students.
On the back of a generous primary school grant from Tescos; Horsington Church School has commissioned M5 Art students to design some interactive sculptures for their play area, three of which will be chosen by a committee and will then be to be transferred into life-size sculptures by the students. This is an on-going art project between the two schools which will culminate in the Michaelmas term.
