Old Girls

I have lived abroad since 1992. Here is a quick summary of the countries I have lived in:
Three years in Damascus, Syria.  I learnt to read and write Arabic while there and it remains one of my favourite postings. My son Benjamin was born in Damascus in a government hospital.

Three years in Muscat, Oman. My daughter Jessica was born in a hospital there with a view over the sea!  Two years in Istanbul, Turkey.
Nine years in Singapore, where my youngest two, Rebecca and Stephanie, were born. It was in Singapore that, thanks to the Old Girls reunion, Susie Evans and Lucy Venning got in touch.

Six years and still going in the Kingdom of Bahrain. My husband, Mark, is a civil engineer, and I work as a physiotherapist predominantly working with children with Cerebral Palsy.
